Director of Product Design - Remote

Overview

Lattice is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead an impactful, growth-oriented team of Product Designers as we cement our position as a category leader. You will be responsible for owning the design strategy for a portfolio of products across our HRIS. This is a unique opportunity to develop the design culture on a growing and critical product area. In this role, you will help us reimagine the experience of enterprise software and build highly leveraged products that enable companies, including ours, to onboard and service their employee-bases.

• Lead and scale the Product Design team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design.
• 4+ years of experience managing Designers.
• High craft bar with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to give design feedback across teams.
• Experience in shaping design and product culture.
• Accountability for products and design work.
• Partnership with User Research, UX Writing, and Design Systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in solving complex product challenges.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
