Director of Product Design - Remote

Overview

As Director of Product Design, you will shape the user experience for our suite of AI-driven healthcare products. Championing user-centered design, you will define the vision and strategy for how our products look, feel, and function.

In Short

• Define and champion the product design vision and strategy for Inspiren.
• Create and maintain design principles and guidelines.
• Drive user-centered design approaches throughout the product lifecycle.
• Balance leading the design team and contributing hands-on to key design projects.
• Hire and manage a high-performing team of product designers.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• 2+ years of leading and managing design teams.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Extensive experience using design tools, such as Figma.
• Experience building and implementing design systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and extract insights from analytics tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Benefits

• Annual salary/OTE of $200,000-$225,000+ equity + benefits.
