Narvar is hiring a Director of Product Design to empower top brands to reach their business objectives. In this role, you will own the success of industry-leading brands on the Narvar platform, driving user adoption, satisfaction, and retention rates.

In Short

• Lead and develop the Product Design team.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in Product Design for B2B or B2B2C companies.
• 10+ years management experience in the design space.
• Track record of influencing product and engineering functions.
• Experience creating and executing shared design systems.
• Experience setting up end-to-end design processes.
• An online portfolio showcasing product design and process.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Desire to make an impact on complex issues.
• Experience with e-commerce and logistics is a plus.
