Requirements

• 15+ years of design experience with deep expertise in product design.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and cultivate design leaders.
• Comprehensive understanding of product development.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Commitment to a human-centered design approach.
• Strong track record of driving user-centric solutions.
