Overview

The Associate Technical Support Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences by assisting with technical support inquiries and ensuring seamless software usage.

In Short

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners.
  • Handle customer calls and manage support tickets.
  • Assist in software license generation and installation.
  • Perform routine server installations and refreshes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Validate and escalate complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with the technical support team.
  • Follow ticket SLA and departmental guidelines.
  • Become knowledgeable about Agiloft products and integrations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric mentality with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer or Technical Support.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, APIs, and Linux.
