Overview

As a Territory Account Manager (TAM) at Agero, you will be a key driver of our B2B sales and account management strategy, supporting the success and growth of our automotive and insurance client partners.

In Short

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding adoption and utilization of Agero’s products.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key client contacts.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and provide timely solutions.
  • Deliver consultative communication and training to influence adoption.
  • Engage directly with clients via phone and email.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve program issues.
  • Provide product demonstrations.
  • Manage support tickets effectively.
  • Educate partners on the value of our products.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support, account management, or similar roles.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working with CRMs and ticketing systems.
  • Empathetic communicator with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Proactive relationship-builder.
  • Collaborative problem-solver.
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
