In Short

• Seeking a strategic leader for the Capital Team.
• Key role in shaping capital strategy and financial partnerships.
• Reports to the Chief Capital Officer.
• Hybrid schedule with in-office presence required 2-3 days per week.
• Manage all aspects of corporate and secured funding facilities.
• Develop strategies across Loan Originating and Card Issuing Bank Partnerships.
• Engage in financial forecasting and reporting activities.
• Build partnerships to understand existing products and funding channels.
• Lead transaction processes and manage investor relationships.
• Support internal initiatives across various functions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in asset management and investment banking.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent deal management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
