In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to close across a targeted set of the largest U.S.-based retailers.
  • Develop relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across merchandising, payments, digital, and finance.
  • Structure and close commercial agreements involving multiple product lines and custom integrations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Translate Affirm’s differentiated value into tailored business cases.
  • Collaborate on global expansion needs with international teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience and 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or retail technology.
  • Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation and executive stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience selling into retailers is preferred; understanding of ecommerce and payments ecosystems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
