In Short

  • Support Affirm business priorities, values, and culture by leading the design of Affirm’s incentive compensation programs.
  • Own and maintain the annual incentive design process, including process requirements, documentation, and governance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Business leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and People.
  • Serve as a thought leader in incentive plan design and provide guidance to Business leaders.
  • Lead, manage and streamline all elements of the design of our incentive compensation programs.
  • Analyze trends, research best practices, and monitor economic conditions.
  • Lead the development and creation of incentive plan communications and roll-out materials.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance teams on ongoing plan management matters.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience, with at least 7+ years in Compensation.
  • 2+ years experience with incentive compensation design in a fintech or financial organization.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Senior Leadership.
  • Progressive experience in identifying, consulting, designing, and implementing business solutions.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in incentive plan design.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Highly skilled at analytics and data visualization.
  • Excellent business acumen and judgment.
