Overview

AFAR is looking for a dynamic, strategic, Director of Brand Partnerships to join our integrated sales team. This role will be responsible for the generation and growth of online/offline revenue through Afar’s existing channels.

In Short

  • Meet and exceed revenue goals across Afar platforms.
  • Identify sales prospects and develop prospect strategies.
  • Communicate clients’ key KPIs to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams for advertising solutions.
  • Present tailored opportunities to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Report business performance and trends to accounts.
  • Travel as needed for industry trade shows and meetings.
  • Make independent tactical decisions aligned with company values.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote, start-up environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of integrated media sales experience.
  • Highly motivated and passionate individual.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in digital, social, and mobile technologies.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven sales success in navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems and develop solutions.
  • Grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A love of travel.
