Overview

The Account Manager will play a key role in driving growth within their assigned territory by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers. You will be responsible for promoting AEM’s solutions, which include lightning detection systems, weather and hydrological sensing networks, early warning systems, and risk management solutions.

In Short

  • Collaborate with the go-to-market (GTM) team to develop and execute an effective territory plan.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize new customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Respond to inbound leads and nurture opportunities.
  • Support customer retention through renewals and upselling.
  • Provide strategic insights to the GTM team.
  • Collaborate with operations teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage sales activities within Salesforce.
  • Negotiate and structure deals.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales.
  • Excellent written and presentation communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and Office 365.
