Overview

The Inbound Customer Service Agent at GE Appliances will provide exceptional support to consumers by resolving escalated customer service issues and ensuring a quality service experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience.
  • Minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls.
  • Previous remote work experience preferred.
  • Passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work independently.
