Overview

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will provide direct support to GE Appliances Owners, focusing on sales and service, while working remotely.

In Short

  • Provide product information and support to GE Appliances owners.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to service, parts, and delivery.
  • Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications.
  • Work 4x10 shifts, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • One year of relevant experience in customer service or sales.

  • Familiarity with web-based systems for troubleshooting.
