Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-year Call Center experience.
  • 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls.
  • Experience working from home preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
