Overview

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at GE Appliances, you will play a crucial role in resolving escalated customer service issues and creating an outstanding service experience for consumers.

  • Resolve escalated customer service issues.

  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text.
  • Negotiate and implement concessions for customer satisfaction.
  • Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure.
  • Work from home with provided equipment.
  • Full-time training required for 10 weeks.
  • Flexible work arrangements available post-training.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1-year call center experience.
  • Minimum of 2-years escalated customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls.
  • Previous work-from-home experience preferred.
  • Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work independently.
