In Short

  • Identify & win new business
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of agency and advertiser leads across EMEA
  • Focus on performance-driven agencies managing large Meta/Google/Affiliate portfolios
  • Drive revenue growth
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo/pitch, negotiation, closing
  • Secure credit line adoption and platform onboarding deals
  • Strategic client development
  • Develop deep, consultative relationships with key decision-makers
  • Market intelligence & collaboration
  • Track competitive trends and market shifts

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven success in B2B business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of agency business models and performance media
  • Experience working with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo
  • Hunter mindset — highly proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
  • Fluent English (additional European languages a big plus)
