In Short

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and follow-ups on marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Own your KPIs and lead pipeline — we want someone who thrives on hitting targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop creative outreach strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot) and leverage prospecting/sequencing tools.
  • Continuously researching and identifying new leads to keep the pipeline full and healthy.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools (like Outreach, SEMRush, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a positive, “hunter” mindset.
  • Language proficiency: fluent in English (Italian and/or any other European languages will be a plus)
