Requirements

• Master's Degree Required.
• 3 years of experience in a service-oriented or university setting.
• Strong commitment to education and coaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to resolve student issues effectively.
• Experience with databases and student platforms.
• Creative and innovative, able to work independently.
• Self-starter with adaptability to change.
• Familiarity with online learning technologies is a plus.
