Career Success Coach - Remote

Overview

The Career Success Coach will play a key role in ensuring the success of learners in Correlation One’s world-class data training and jobs programs.

In Short

• Work with a cohort of ~60 learners, providing professional development coaching.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings with learners on a semi-regular basis.
• Attend weekly meetings with the team to discuss learner progress.
• Track learner interactions and job search progress.
• Prioritize communication through Slack and email.
• Provide feedback on professional development deliverables.
• Identify and share job opportunities with learners.
• Participate in program sessions throughout the coaching period.
• Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in career development or coaching.
• This role is remote, with candidates located in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, or the UK.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in career development or coaching.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in developing relationships with adult learners.
• Experience in remote career coaching.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• High technical proficiency and adaptability to new tools.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
