Enrollment Operation Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Enrollment Operation Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating the administration of Adtalem's Med/Vet enterprise systems, ensuring all activities are completed to support multiple organizations.

In Short

• Coordinate all aspects of system administration for Med/Vet enterprise systems.
• Support various organizations utilizing the applications.
• Analyze data and generate reports for key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain enrollment scorecards and dashboards.
• Work closely with business teams to translate processes into workflows.
• Provide training and documentation for personnel and students.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to application use.
• Manage knowledge base tools and processes.
• Participate in implementation testing and projects.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 3+ years of IT System Administration experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with multiple organizations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of web-based technologies desired.
