Overview

The Associate Dean of Academic Affairs provides leadership for all campus level faculty to ensure curricula are current and consistently delivered, achieving superior student outcomes while embodying the principles of Chamberlain Care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in nursing required.
• Doctorate degree in nursing preferred.
• 2+ years in nursing education at the Bachelor level required.
• 2+ years in simulation/clinical experience required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Suite.
• Unencumbered Professional nursing licensure required.
