We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth in new and existing markets. This position focuses on generating revenue by identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and presenting high-value technological solutions.

In Short

  • Identify business opportunities in new and existing markets to generate revenue.
  • Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into effective business opportunities.
  • Develop tailored business proposals highlighting the value of technological solutions.
  • Lead sales presentations and demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Negotiate business terms and close deals aligned with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on demand generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM information on clients and opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
  • Monitor market and competition, identifying trends that may influence sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales of technological solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of prospecting and closing sales strategies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to work towards objectives and in a team.
