Overview

The Inventory Audit Program Manager leads and coordinates AdaptHealth’s enterprise-wide operational audit activities across approximately 695 sites. This role owns the end-to-end audit lifecycle, planning, execution, issue tracking, remediation governance, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring consistent internal controls, SOX readiness, and operational discipline across the Supply Chain function.

  • Manage execution of internal audits, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between various departments.
  • Communicate audit expectations and timelines to leaders.
  • Develop and standardize audit tools and training materials.
  • Track audit findings and remediation progress.
  • Produce executive-ready reporting on audit performance.
  • Identify gaps and strengthen internal controls.
  • Support SOX readiness and regulatory audit preparations.
  • Provide training and guidance to site teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7 years in supply chain or operations, audit, or compliance.
  • Experience with internal audit programs and SOX controls preferred.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and audit methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with leaders and partners.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data visualization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
