In Short

  • Provide technical and subject matter expertise to innovative companies.

  • Deliver compelling presentations to all organizational levels.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales processes to retain and expand accounts.
  • Drive adoption of the platform for automated resolutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve products and marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consulting or pre-sales engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills with VP level stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn and improve.
  • Reliable team player with a start-up mentality.
  • Generative AI implementation experience is a strong asset.
