Overview

The Customer Solutions Consultant serves as the central interface between clients, the Commercial Team, and Operations, focusing on implementing customized customer solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction and sustainable partnerships.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding technical inquiries and escalations.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable specifications for internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar; relevant experience is also welcome.
• Clear and confident communication skills with colleagues and clients.
• Understanding of technical processes and ability to explain complex topics.
• Experience with AI or Prompt Engineering is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Quick learner, curious, and enjoys working with new tools and processes.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and willing to take responsibility.
• Passionate about consumer goods, technology, and innovation.
