In Short

  • Provide technical and subject matter expertise to innovative companies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize customer ROI.
  • Guide customers after their initial purchase for successful adoption.
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover requirements and challenges.
  • Utilize knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to address technical questions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to all organizational levels.
  • Support customers through implementation and going live.
  • Drive adoption of the platform and increase automated resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering for product improvement.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts for client retention and expansion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of pre-sales/post sales engineering or consulting experience.
  • 1+ years in a customer relationship building role.
  • Proficient in APIs and familiar with SaaS platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Reliable team player with a start-up mentality.
  • Generative AI implementation experience is a strong asset.
