Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Activy, you will be responsible for conducting sales conversations, maintaining relationships with leads and deals, and closing sales to promote a healthy lifestyle among employees through our wellbeing program.

Requirements

  • High communication skills and ease in establishing contacts.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in conducting sales conversations.
  • Knowledge of the HR industry and its challenges.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Proactive, responsible, and independent.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Project planning and self-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
