We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager to lead the charge in telling our story across every stage of the customer journey. This is a high-impact role for a skilled storyteller, strategic thinker and strong project manager who’s passionate about transforming complex workforce analytics into compelling, actionable content.

You’ll drive end-to-end content strategy — from awareness through retention — working cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, product and customer success to ensure our content delivers business results. In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned to the full customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing teams.
• Maintain and evolve a centralized editorial calendar.
• Manage a team of writers to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Serve as the editorial gatekeeper for all content.
• Oversee the production of various content assets.
• Lead content planning meetings with stakeholders.
• Define KPIs for content performance and track goals.
• Collaborate with SEO/AEO leads to ensure content alignment.
• Repurpose high-performing content into new formats.

Requirements

• Strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with content production processes.
• Understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
• Proficient in managing editorial quality control.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
