The Content Manager will manage content across multiple platforms and formats, aiming to increase website traffic, drive engagement, and customer retention while telling the brand story.

In Short

• Publish 3 articles per week (min. 1,000 words per article).
• Interview internal subject matter experts for content.
• Conduct keyword research and produce premium content.

• Coach and guide content writers on editorial guidelines.
• Maintain the content calendar and assist with training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field.
• Outstanding writing and editorial skills.
• Understanding of common editorial style guides.
• Training as a print or broadcast journalist is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of audience needs.
• Passion for new technology tools.
• Project management skills for editorial schedules.
• Familiarity with marketing principles.
