As a Senior Content Manager at Simon, you will play a crucial role in shaping our content strategy and managing the workflow of contract writers to produce high-quality marketing content.

In Short

• Own the content editorial calendar and define brand voice.
• Produce demand generation and brand awareness content.
• Delegate and manage contract writers' output.
• Establish content production systems and processes.
• Own production of thought leadership and executive content.
• Manage Simon’s social media presence.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager for content optimization.
• Work with design resources to create engaging visuals.
• Write or edit content as needed across various channels.
• Measure success through website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years in content or copywriting.
• 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Strong creative and strategic writing skills.
• Ability to create SEO-optimized content.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and command of English.
• Experience marketing a CDP or technical product.
• Familiarity with Wordpress, Hubspot, Asana, Gsuite is a plus.
• Experience in PR and conducting primary research is a bonus.
