Overview

As our Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy to build brand awareness, generate and progress the pipeline, and increase customer retention for LivePerson.

In Short

  • Pitch and create high-quality content that educates and inspires our audience.
  • Write and edit a variety of marketing assets, including ebooks, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Develop data-driven industry reports and infographics.
  • Incorporate content marketing best practices for SEO and analytics.
  • Help build and manage a bench of freelance writers.
  • Conduct strategic content assessments to identify content opportunities.
  • Leverage data analysis and user research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, product marketing, and sales teams.
  • Map content needs against our customer lifecycle.
  • Identify innovative ways to integrate generative AI into the content strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of experience in online content strategy and production.
  • Outstanding writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content on deadline.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating content strategy.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to leverage data analysis and content audits for decision-making.
  • Top-notch project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to scale bandwidth using AI tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
  • Degree in English, journalism, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in conversational AI or customer experience is a plus.
