Overview

The Senior Marketing Content Manager develops, evaluates, and implements campaigns in alignment with the content strategy, ensuring the content is engaging and in line with the brand's image and objectives.

In Short

• Develop compelling marketing copy and content for B2B and B2C initiatives.
• Identify content needs for internal marketing partners and business units.
• Create and manage new forms of content to support the overall strategy.
• Independently gather research from subject matter experts.
• Write, approve, edit, and proofread a variety of marketing copy/assets.
• Embrace and master new AI tools for content development.
• Act as a point of contact for Marketing Communications during a crisis.
• Assist in rewriting existing operational communications.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all communications.
• Manage projects in accordance with objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing roles.
• Experience developing articles and marketing web content.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to foster internal and external business relationships.
• Familiarity with financial services marketing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
