Senior Tech Content Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Content Manager to oversee and manage the creation, curation, and optimization of content within our CRM system. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that all customer touchpoints are aligned with our brand voice and contribute to a seamless customer journey. You will also be responsible for maintaining the content library, ensuring all assets are current, relevant, and strategically integrated within the CRM to maximize engagement, retention, and conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content management.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and content management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform content strategy.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and email marketing strategies.
