Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Data Manager to support and manage the creation, curation, and optimization of content within our CRM system. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that all customer touchpoints are aligned with our brand voice and contribute to a seamless customer journey. You will also be responsible for maintaining the content library, ensuring all assets are current, relevant, and strategically integrated within the CRM to maximize engagement, retention, and conversions.

  • Develop and execute a content management strategy aligned with CRM goals.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized content library.
  • Create and edit CRM content including email templates and landing pages.
  • Continuously analyze CRM content performance and optimize based on feedback.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve content effectiveness.
  • Support oversight and management of larger content manager team.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Ensure all content is properly tagged and integrated into the CRM system.
  • Perform regular audits of the CRM content for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on CRM content processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management, preferably within a CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and content management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing content projects.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform content strategy.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and customer segmentation techniques.
