Email Deliverability Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Email Deliverability Manager at Simon Data, you will help support and grow our ESP product and deliverability services offerings by providing expert advice, support, and guidance to a broad range of customers, helping them to successfully onboard, troubleshoot problems and incorporate email best-practices into their strategy to improve inbox placement and return on investment.

In Short

• Provide hands-on strategic deliverability expertise and guidance during account architecture, sender onboarding, and infrastructure warmup.
• Assist CS and technical teams in day-to-day technical support of Simon Mail.
• Deliver ongoing, premium deliverability services to existing clients.
• Assist in upselling email products to existing customers and selling to new prospects.
• Expand the scope and reach of deliverability service offerings.
• Optimize cross-functional processes as the organization scales.
• Be an SME for related teams on email-dependent systems.
• Stay updated on compliance and deliverability trends.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in email consultancy and deliverability.
• Knowledge of the SMTP protocol and mail servers.
• Familiarity with email APIs and deliverability tools.
• Expertise on authentication protocols and bounce categorization.
