Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience managing content across various formats.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Notion, Zendesk, Figma, and Google Docs.
• Able to give and receive thoughtful feedback on creative work.
• Experience in top-of-funnel marketing and post-signup customer education.
