Senior Financial Analyst - Sales - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Senior Financial Analyst - Sales to support our Sales and Finance teams with data-driven insights, financial reporting, and strategic analysis. In this role, you’ll help our fast-growing SaaS company understand sales performance, optimize revenue streams, and support planning and forecasting efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-finance stakeholders

In Short

• Analyze sales results, pipeline trends, and customer segmentation to evaluate business performance and recommend actionable insights.
• Partner with Sales and Finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor revenue and key metrics by product, sales team, and sales rep.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support sales leadership and executive decision-making.
• Develop and maintain models for sales compensation, quota attainment, pricing analysis, and ROI for marketing and sales initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance Executives to ensure alignment on targets, initiatives, and outcomes.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on sales trends, customer behavior, deal economics, and other key business drivers as needed.
