Our client is seeking ambitious and driven Account Executives to join their growing team. The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by presenting tailored consulting and technology solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

In Short

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling) to generate pipeline.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with business goals.
  • Partner with consulting and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Report key sales metrics and insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
