Overview

As an Account Executive at Weekday, you’ll own relationships with a portfolio of client companies, acting as their trusted partner in recruiting and leveraging our products and data to deliver hires.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with client founders and hiring managers.
  • Understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Use Weekday’s tools to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates.
  • Run weekly check-ins with clients to share progress and refine hiring priorities.
  • Track candidates through the interview funnel, remove blockers, and ensure smooth progression.
  • Own revenue targets for your client portfolio.
  • Learn the product and process while shadowing a senior AE.
  • Take full ownership of your own accounts after initial training.
  • Lead client conversations and manage hiring pipelines.
  • Drive revenue through effective client management.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or recruiting is a plus.
