  • Drive MSP engagement and satisfaction throughout the partner lifecycle.

  • Conduct calls, zoom sessions, and email communications with partners.
  • Guide partners through training sessions and resources.
  • Utilize Salesforce for documentation and tracking activities.
  • Communicate Acronis brand messages effectively.
  • Participate in coaching and upskill training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance partner experience.
  • Research and prepare for partner interactions.
  • Work in a dynamic, global team environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
  • Experience in channel sales or partner account management.
  • 1+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud market business models.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
