Overview

Acronis is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to help create a CyberFit future by protecting data, applications, and systems across various environments. The role involves maintaining system stability and managing cloud infrastructure using modern technologies.

In Short

• Administer and manage cloud platform infrastructure using Kubernetes and Ansible.
• Write and troubleshoot bash scripts for automation tasks.
• Manage virtual machines and Linux-based systems.
• Handle incidents using PagerDuty to minimize service disruptions.
• Participate in structured change management processes.
• Collaborate with team members and document processes.
• Diagnose issues independently when instructions are insufficient.
• Work within a remote schedule from 10 AM GMT-7 to 11 PM GMT-7.
• Be adaptable to address unforeseen scenarios.
• Contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Ansible automation.
• Strong skills in Kubernetes administration.
• Proficiency in bash scripting.
• Solid Linux administration knowledge.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with incident management tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Atlassian products is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of network fundamentals is a plus.
