• Legal operations and organization of company legal files.
• Assist with trademark and copyright filings.
• Draft and review commercial contracts.
• Support HR and legal compliance initiatives.
• Review marketing materials for compliance.
• Manage legal calendars and deadlines.
• Streamline internal legal workflows.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Provide broad exposure to legal functions across the business.
• Play a key role in building a world-class in-house legal function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house corporate.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive and energetic in fast-paced environments.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and precision in legal documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in IP, contracts, compliance, or HR law preferred.
