Revenue Manager - Remote

Overview

The Revenue Manager will own and scale the end-to-end revenue accounting function, ensuring accurate, GAAP-compliant revenue recognition across various products and revenue streams.

In Short

• Own revenue recognition across all revenue streams.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606.
• Partner with CFO and Controller on monthly and quarterly close.
• Manage accounts receivable processes.
• Design and maintain deferred revenue schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Improve automation and reporting around revenue recognition.
• Provide leadership with visibility into revenue.
• Establish clear processes and controls.
• Support a scalable and audit-ready revenue function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of experience in revenue accounting.
• Strong expertise in accounts receivable and deferred revenue.
• Experience with ASC 606 / GAAP revenue recognition.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with HubSpot and QuickBooks.
• Exposure to multiple revenue models.
• CPA or CPA-track (nice to have).
• Experience supporting rapid growth.
