Overview

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, responsible for providing a warm and personalized welcome, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

In Short

  • Welcome clients and manage their stay.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs for individuals and groups.
  • Process reservations and manage customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage cash.
  • Promote Mama Shelter's services and products.
  • Provide information about local activities and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Participate in staff events and training.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and strong anticipation skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Experience with Protel PMS is a plus.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
