Senior Commercial Meetings & Events Attaché - Remote

Overview

The Senior Commercial Meetings & Events Attaché will be the primary contact for companies and agencies regarding requests for meetings, conventions, or incentives for the Pullman Paris hotel cluster.

In Short

• Analyze the feasibility of requests
• Contact and discover client needs
• Prepare client quotes
• Follow up on client files and propose site visits
• Transmit confirmed files to the Event Manager
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers for file follow-up
• Propose and sell commercial offers aligned with client needs
• Ensure proper follow-up from request to contract signing
• Market the hotel and integrate its specificities

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Tenacious and proactive attitude
• Team player
• Proficient in Delphi, Opéra, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a similar role in an international hotel environment
• Knowledge of the hotel and/or business tourism environment
