The Junior Application Support Engineer will support critical banking operations by ensuring system stability and performance while collaborating with a dynamic team.

  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server and Databases.

  • Capability to recognize and solve problems.
  • Experience with ticketing tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Jira and ITIL best practices is a plus.
