Overview

The Senior Director Strategy and Operations, MLR, Training is responsible for setting up and leading commercial planning, analytics, forecasting, and training initiatives that drive strategic business performance.

In Short

  • Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing multiple data sources.
  • Develop short-term and long-term forecasts for product portfolio.
  • Present key insights and strategic implications to senior management.
  • Manage marketing material logistics and MLR processes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive commercial training curriculum.
  • Create training materials that enhance learning.
  • Lead training for field commercial employees.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate Medical Congress/Convention logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
  • 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 8 years in commercial analytics.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech business practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access; knowledge of SAS and/or R preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors.
  • Effective facilitator for training.
  • Willingness to travel to the US and Europe.
