Regional Marketing Liaison - Midwest - Remote

Overview

The Regional Marketing Liaison (RML) Daybue role is a senior in-market position within the US commercial organization that will focus on commercial KOL engagement to gain insights into regional opportunities and provide a bridge between regional markets and headquarters, speaker development and refresher training for disease state (and product, when appropriate), and will support the execution of approved educational programs.

• Drive brand advocacy; establish/reinforce Acadia as a trusted partner.
• Develop deep clinical and commercial knowledge of the Rett market.
• Execute physician engagement activities in the field and at key congresses.
• Engage with national and regional thought leaders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide insights on strategy and tactics.
• Manage marketing projects and budgets associated with regional activities.
• Develop physician speakers for high-quality programs.
• Lead planning and execution of Acadia’s presence at HCP conferences.
• Identify and monitor regional clinical dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with Medical Legal Review processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare, or business administration.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Neurology, rare disease, and pediatric neurology preferred.
• Strong biopharmaceutical experience in sales, thought leader liaison or marketing roles.
• Scientific and clinical acumen; ability to engage with national KOLs.
• Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with thought leader engagement and managing budgets.
• Strong business acumen; understands market dynamics and corporate goals.
• Self-driven with strong organizing and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
