The Regional Marketing Liaison (RML) Rare Disease is a senior role within our dynamic US commercial team, offering you the chance to drive meaningful KOL engagement, uncover regional market opportunities, and be a key bridge between our regional teams and headquarters.

In Short

• Drive brand advocacy and establish Acadia as a trusted partner among thought leaders.
• Develop deep clinical and commercial knowledge of the Rett market.
• Execute physician engagement activities in the field and at key congresses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide key customer insights.
• Manage marketing projects and budgets associated with regional activities.
• Lead planning and execution of Acadia’s presence at HCP conferences.
• Identify and monitor regional clinical dynamics through advisory boards.
• Ensure compliance with Medical Legal Review processes.
• Conduct business in compliance with Acadia's values and regulations.
• Approximately 60% local/regional travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare, or business administration.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Neurology; rare disease experience preferred.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Ability to engage with national KOLs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with thought leader engagement and speaker's bureau.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
