Health Systems Manager - Remote

Overview

The Health Systems Manager will identify, develop and maintain relationships with targeted Centers of Excellence, Hospitals, thought leaders and key influencers within assigned Region. Responsible to align on mutually beneficial opportunities that will advance patient care and result in the acceleration of access and market share for Acadia’s commercial organization.

• Travel 50-75% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or hospital sales.
• Experience in CNS and Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to analyze data to define strategy.
• Leadership skills and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with institutional and IDN systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional integrity and compliance with regulations.
